Megasteel's overseas business is advancing hand in hand and spreading its branches. When the camera focuses on the construction site in Đồng Nai Province, Vietnam, the foundation treatment project has been successfully completed, and the groundbreaking ceremony for the high-standard logistics park has been held. This compact and efficient "Đồng Nai combination punch" has marked a vibrant and colorful beginning for Megasteel's overseas New Year celebration.

The Đồng Nai project in Vietnam faced a tough challenge from the very beginning :
complex terrain

The project site is located in a mountainous area, with the lowest point reaching over ten meters and the excavation depth reaching 7-8 meters, posing extremely high requirements on construction technology and safety management.
continuous rainy weather

Due to the monsoon climate in southern Vietnam, the rainy season from May to October sees concentrated precipitation, which greatly compresses the window period for earthwork projects. This makes it prone to issues such as "spring soil" and soil softening, significantly increasing the difficulty of construction pace and coordination.
Dynamic compaction constrained

Constrained by factors such as geological conditions, compaction strength, and adjacent residential areas, overall dynamic compaction is likely to have adverse impacts on the residential areas.
Guided by customer needs, Megasteel quickly formulated targeted solutions:
Laying the Foundation with Meticulous Craftsmanship

In addition, the earthwork transportation radius of the project is controlled within 1 kilometer, maximizing efficiency through scientific dispatching, and reducing costs and avoiding risks for customers with professional planning.
Build channels to control the rain

Facing the construction challenges posed by heavy rainfall during the rainy season, the Megasteel team made scientific planning and precise layout, simultaneously constructing a main drainage ditch with a width of 7m and a depth of 2m, with a total length exceeding 500m, an auxiliary drainage ditch with a width of 5m and a depth of 2m, with a length of 180m, as well as a retaining wall project with a length of 160m and a height of 5m. The total length of water interception and drainage ditches exceeded 4000m, breaking the constraints of rainwater on construction progress from the source and ensuring the project progresses efficiently according to the established milestones.
Bring forth the new through the old

In response to the restrictions on dynamic compaction construction imposed by the adjacent residential area, the team innovatively adopted a combined process of "1/3 dynamic compaction + 2/3 layered backfill compaction". This approach not only ensures the quality of the project but also perfectly aligns with local construction conditions, striving to deliver satisfactory results for the client.
From adapting to complex terrains to dealing with changing climates, from innovating construction techniques to meeting stringent standards, Megasteel has been precise in every step, meticulous in every detail, and diligent in solving every problem, with craftsmanship and original aspiration. The recognition from customers is the warmest reward for this persistence.

Megasteel, with customer needs at its core, has overcome difficulties and fulfilled contracts precisely, smoothly advancing project construction.
